Shipping costs are automatically calculated by UPS and USPS at checkout (USPS will be available shortly). A nominal handling charge will be applied as we ship from multiple warehouses. Please select a UPS or USPS shipping option before confirming your order. Regular ground shipping is available for both UPS and USPS shipping options. Expedited shipping options are available (Next-day, 2-day, and 3-day).
We do not ship to addresses outside of the continental United States. PO boxes will not be accepted.
CritterCures reserves the right to change the shipping method based on carrier availability and efficiency. Any products heavier than 32 lbs are only eligible for ground shipping.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Only ground shipping should be used. To avoid abuse, the customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee for all Vetisse products, and a 15% restocking fee for all non-Vetisse products.
For defective products, please return directly to manufacturer for replacement. For product exchange due to product size or color requirements, we may consider waiving the restocking fee.
Refunds and credit will not be made until products have been received with RMA number. Please allow up to 20 business days for a RMA refund. For closeout and clothing/garment products, all sales are final.
Returns must be made with original packaging intact and in a valid shipping parcel.
